Ginger Thyme Tea

This tea has an invigorating and refreshing herbal aroma. It can be enjoyed hot or cold and at any time of day. Serve it with a meal or on its own.

  • 10 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 20 grams fresh ginger sliced (2-3 tablespoons)
  • 4 cups water


  • Bring the water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the thyme and ginger. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and strain. Serve immediately or allow to cool. Can be served chilled and/or iced.


You can store the tea in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
