Ginger Thyme Tea
This tea has an invigorating and refreshing herbal aroma. It can be enjoyed hot or cold and at any time of day. Serve it with a meal or on its own.

- 10 sprigs fresh thyme
- 20 grams fresh ginger sliced (2-3 tablespoons)
- 4 cups water
Bring the water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the thyme and ginger. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain. Serve immediately or allow to cool. Can be served chilled and/or iced.
You can store the tea in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
